WE ENFORCE A STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY – Your appointment time is reserved just for you. It is your responsibility to arrive on time or early. Late cancellations or missed visits leave gaps in our schedule that could have been filled. We require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the visit. Booking an appointment means you agree to this policy.

  • PLEASE NOTE : Lab tests are not included in the Naturopathic visit fee. Each test has its own cost. When possible, we help facilitate requisitions through your family doctor to reduce costs.

Chiropractic visits are available by walk-in or by appointment.

Teresa is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a diverse background as a Registered Massage Therapist and Kinesiology Specialist. She holds degrees in Psychology and Kinesiology, and is a certified personal trainer. Teresa has 20 years of experience in rehabilitative massage therapy and exercise science. She specializes in the treatment of shoulder injuries, sports injuries, and pre/postnatal massage. She also has extensive experience in treating back, neck and various overuse injuries, whether work-related or sport-related. Her clientele includes children as young as 6 years old to the healthy age of 88.
